On the pathetic side of things..

So sometimes I am home alone while my roommates are at their house in Sandy or out on dates. When this happens, I tend to play dress- up. When it happens two nights in a row,I do a photoshoot. When it happens 3 nights in a row.... it gets really sad and I start editing my photos...and even worse posting them because I am THAT bored.






You can stop being my friend now if you want. I fully admit I am a loser.

Sooooo I got my haircut. It's the trendy "A" frame cut. I like it a lot. Spencer doesn't. He says it looks emo. : (

Party Brazilian style

So tonight I went to my old roommate's birthday party. She's from Brazil, thus; Kim and I were the only ones there who didn't speak Portuguese. It was pretty fun. We love Fernanda!!

First hike of the semester: Silver Lake..almost.

So one of my favorite hobbies these days is hiking. It's free, it's fun, it's beautiful. Who could ask for more? So today I went on my first hike since I've been back. We went to Silver Lake. Although, we didn't actually make it to the lake. We ran out of daylight because we were so freaking lazy this morning. Anyway, it was still way fun and such. We will go back and make it to the lake one day.

I guess you could say this is part of silver lake...it does flow from it.
The view was sooo pretty.
This was the troop. Kim, and our friends Carson and Pasha. Pasha is from Belarus and he is awesome!! Carson's ok too...haha.

Finally moved in Pt 2.

Here is my desk area. Pretty self-explanatory.
Here's an idea of how freakishly tall my bed is. This is me climbing onto it.
Here's a close-up of my desk shelf thing. I did the flower arrangment myself. And I found my clock/picture frame on clearance. Then I have my Venitian glass rose and my hawaiian monkey, from Spencer and Jonothan respectively. Probably way more detail than you ever needed. But that's ok.

Foundations of Leadership!

So, again a little late, my first few days back in Utah, I had the privilege of being a peer mentor at BYU's FOL up at Aspen Grove in Provo Canyon. Basically it's a small camp for incoming freshman wanting to get involved in BYU activities. We did a lot of fun,team activities and had lessons focusing on the example of Jesus as the perfect leader.
